Swedish accordion player, vocalist, composer and producer, born on May 6, 1979 in Gottsunda, Uppsala, Uppland. Långbacka grew as Eriksson in the property Gamla Uppsala in Uppsala. Therefore, you will find her by the name of Lisa Eriksson (2) on some recordings. She is educated at Kungliga Musikhögskolan I Stockholm and has, among other things, performed with and composed for the chamber orchestra Musica Vitae. She was conductor for The Cullberg Ballet, and has worked at Det Kongelige Teater in Copenhagen and she has toured with artists such as Tomas Ledin, Sofia Karlsson, Lena Willemark and the Norrbotten Big Band. In 2015, Långbacka was named Accordion Player of the Year by the Swedish Accordion Association. In 2017, Lisa Långbacka was the music producer for the Nobel Banquet where she also participated as a musician and composer, and in 2018, she received the STIM prize "Composer of the Year" at the Folk and World Music Gala in Norrköping, Sweden.
