Boxmonster

Formed in 1994, after Lex and Ray moved to Melbourne. They met Kim and then Den... formed Boxmonster, and started playing around Victoria, Australia. They won the Melbourne Uni band competition, and placed second in the Vic State Final behind Jebediah. Boxmonster went on to release the album 'Picasso In A Planecrash (The Last 74 Minutes)', with tracks also issued on the 'Edible 96 (The Best In Australian Campus Bands)' comp, a 'Studio 52 Records' compilation, plus a promo CD from 'The Vault'. After the band broke up Ray played in various outfits, Den went onto Oscarlima, Kimberley went onto play bass in various country vibed bands and Lex went onto form Seedy Jeezus.
