The ASK project was created at the beginning of 2006, when members of the group Ula, Maciej, Sebastian, Sławek and Piotr started working on a new album as 150 Watts. The music that was being created was increasingly different from the earlier punk rock and rock n roll character. They wanted to give more vent to their musical inspirations. Also a lot has changed in their lives since the release of their first album as 150 Watts. It was in these circumstances that the material for the album "Where to Now" was created. It was completely different from the rock&roll music of 150 Watts, so they decided to release it as a new music project. The musicians do not want to pigeonhole their music or compare it to other bands that influenced their work. Probably ASK fits into the broadly understood trend of alternative music, but it is one of those bands that never stop searching, which is why what they do is constantly evolving. ASK is a free means of self-expression, a synthesis of what is important and inspiring for them, and at the same time a panacea for the madness of the surrounding reality. They don't set boundaries for themselves, they don't try to find a single perspective from which everything looks bright and clear. They perceive the world in their own way, they are constantly looking for and want to share music free of limitations and conventions.
