Debbie Niel, Real life name Dorothy Ann Carey, Mother of 4 Sons, Lived and brought up in Blackpool, Was very prominent in the Working Men club circuit, She started singing at the Age of 12, after it became apparent that she had a natural singing voice, and was promoted and mentored by her father, formally known as mr Manchester, Ernie Peers, who Died in 1995 of complications during and eye surgery. Debbie was born in 1940 and passed away in hospital with her son Geoffrey who had his arm around her. she died from Vodka poisoning of her Pancreas due to excessive drinking due to her then husband Ray Randall, a well known comedian who started his career at a Butlins camp competition, who left her for a Choreographer by the name of Melody Urquhart; Debbie sang for the BBC and appeared on occasional movies as an extra, and was well known in her home town of blackpool. She was one of the last performers who performed at the Ashton Theatre in St'Annes, which burnt to the ground, on a controversial front, her Husband was suspected of causing the fire, but never proven.
