Leading Edge (2)

Leading Edge was a Canadian new wave band based in Laval, Quebec that was active for a brief period from the fall of 1988 to March of 1989. The band was comprised of Suzanne Madden on vocals, Stéphane Fania on bass, keyboards and drums and Robert Kourie on guitar. In February of 1989 the band recorded a 4-song demo tape. Shortly before breaking up, the band changed name to Strike Anywhere. Bassist Stephane Fania and guitarist Robert Kourie re-used the material recorded on the demo tape as a springboard for their next band Boize with a new vocalist.
