Larry Yarwood

"Born in Croydon England, Larry as a teenager launched his career by playing accordion with some of the top names in show-business. He later moved to Canada in 1951 settling in Prince Albert where he became a Canadian citizen. An Architect by trade and a multi-talented musician, Larry decided to move to a larger city that could afford his many talents, so in 1957 he moved to Calgary where he has taken full advantage of these talents, organ repairman for Heintzman's Music Store, largest in Western Canada. Former trombonist, accordionist and pianist with the famous Calgary City Stompers."
