George Siras

George Siras, born in Athens, has been resident at Cavo Paradiso for 7 years. He is the Athens Dance Award winner in 2003 for best remixer. For 9 years George had a weekly radio show called Club Kiss at Greece radio station, Kiss FM 92,9. In 1999 he worked as the program director of the first 100% dance radio station in Greece, the NRG FM. As a producer, George Siras first came to the attention of the electronic music scene in the beginning of 2001 with his production, G.Siras Cloud 9, which was released on the Cavo Paradiso compilations 01 by Azuli Records. 2 years later he released his second track called G.Siras pres. Tribe Now and it was added to the Cavo Paradiso compilation 03. In the beginning of 2004 he created a production project named Samurai Jack with Kevin Sunray, with its first 12" record released on Antoine Clamarans record label, Fine Tune Records (Samurai Jack - Its Gotta Be Love). In his 15 year career as a professional DJ he has played in many top clubs in and outside of Greece and performed DJ sets with several major DJs, including David Morales, Erick Morillo, Joe T. Vannelli, Bob Sinclar, Claudio Coccoluto, Junior Jack & Kid Crème, Frankie Knuckles, Joe Claussell, Alex Neri and Junior Vasquez, among others.
