Drasnin played and recorded with the big bands of Les Brown 1950, Alvino Rey 1953, Tommy Dorsey 1953, Ken Hanna 1953-1954, and Frank Capp 1960, and with Red Norvo's Quintet in 1956-1958. He wrote the scores for many television series including The Twilight Zone, The Man From U.N.C.L.E., Mission: Impossible, Lost In Space and others. 2008 inductee of West Virginia Music Hall of Fame.
