James N. Souslin

James N. Souslin began his musical career in the late 50's or early 60's. In the mid 60's, he released his first single with his band, The Belltones. The single was released under the Olimpic record label, a label owned by friends of his. The A side contained his ballad, (Please Try) To Understand Me, and the B side contained Swingin' Little Chicky. Later, his band was broken up after two of the members were killed in the Vietnam War. He went on to form two more bands, one of them being called 'Trilogy.' He was the lead guitarist and vocalist for all three of these bands.
