PrincesS is a rock music project (open to all kinds of genres - pop, funk, prog, blues…). It was born in Rome in 1994 by Freddie Wolf (vox) and the old drummer Chris Maddews. Finally, in 1998 they completed the line-up with Orlando Monteforte (bass) & Max “Alan Warner” Brodolini (guitars), recording their first demo (“The Crown”, 1999). They disbanded a few months later and Wolf reunited the band in 2001 with the old members plus a new guitarist (Mattias Mackenzie), a pianist (Mauro Manzoni), and a new drummer (Vlad Melchiorre), performing live all around till 2003, when they disband again. Wolf and Orlando restarted the project in 2016 and in 2018 their first album “Princess” was produced including a new tune written with Goblin (the famous horror soundtrack composers for Argento and Romero movies as well as one of the principal 70’s prog-rock bands of all times). The first single extracted is the clip “El Dia Antes del Mañana” (the Spanish version of "The Day Before Tomorrow"). Their 2nd album “Lovely Heaven Crazy Band” was out in 2019 and launched by the first lyrics video “We Still Love You (Song for Mercury)”, orchestrated by Giordano Maselli. The 3rd “The Dark Side of God” was launched in 2020 with “The Night of Evil (Halloween)” clip, dedicated to the Carpenter's Halloween movie saga and featuring Tim “Ripper” Owens (Judas Priest, Iced Earth, KK’s Priest). In 2021 the 4th "Temple of Music" is out, promoted with two clips: "Lover Lover" (extracted from the 2nd album) and "A Kind of Heaven", the single of this last one, followed by the "Best Of" in 2022; a gift for fans completely free. The following year, in 2022, the band came out with their own free "Best Of" as a tribute to their followers and at the end of the same year with the single/video "Xmas (As The Old Times)". In 2023 the guitarist Max leaves the band by mutual agreement with the other members due to irreconcilable differences and the following month the 5th album "PRINCrazinESS" is released. - Freddie Wolf - vox Orlando Monteforte - bass & piano Mauro Manzoni - piano, keyboards & synth - Max “Alan Warner” Brodolini - guitars (additional musician) Alfonso “Fò” Corace - guitars, drums & percussions (additional musician)
