Seritas

Hailing from the post-industrial remains of mid-Michigan, Ryan and Misty Evans propel their brand of fuzz rock and blues anywhere they are allowed to plug in and play, from larger metros of Detroit and Ann Arbor to small towns a half-day drive in the other direction. The duo formed in 2009 and began making music in the same vein as their main influences: Black Sabbath, Blue Cheer, Cream, and The Stooges. Seritas is not the prototypical, stoned-out heavy blues excursion; every song has a strong purpose, a method to its distorted madness with a distinct, underlying theme.
