Music historian, writer, and radio broadcaster, Randy Fox grew up in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky and now lives in Nashville. He is the author of Shake Your Hips: The Excello Records Story and a regular contributor to music magazines, including Vintage Rock, Country, and Record Collector. He is also a co-founder of the Nashville freeform radio station WXNA-FM.
