Known as JUDGE (official capitalization) or Judge Beats, Paul Judge is a music producer from Kansas City, now based in Los Angeles. Judge started making music as a teenager, joining a novelty hip-hop group called "The Samuridaz" and a rock band called "Empire" with Jonny Swift and Zack Tomlinson (where he played bass) while attending Rockhurst High School in Kansas City, as well as producing songs for local rappers. After graduating from the University of Missouri, Judge moved to Los Angeles to become an in-house producer for rapper/songwriter Lil Aaron. Since then, he has also produced songs for Young Thug (2), Migos, Xxxtentacion, blackbear, 24hrs, Killstation, YoungBoy Never Broke Again, and others, while also working on solo and collaborative releases of his own. He has co-produced, collabed, or featured on tracks with nothing,nowhere., Ekali, Dylan Brady, josh pan, Whipped Cream (2), Alexander Lewis (3), Y2K (11), Bijou (12), Mark Johns (6), X&G, and more. He has also done official remixes for Kim Petras, Hotel Garuda, Manila Killa, and AObeats. Judge is the son of Kansas City Star cartoonist Lee Judge, and brother of punk musicians Michael Judge (3) and Matt Judge (2).
