Liner notes appear like this: Vo. 死にました NOISE BASS Juntaro Yamanouchi Dr. 死にました In Japanese, 死にました literally translates to 'he/she/they died'—equivalent of 'obiit' note or a 'dagger' † symbol next to the deceased person's name in Western bibliographies. At the time of the release, the identities of 'deceased' musicians weren't revealed. According to Recollections Of Primary Masturbation (338 Songs CD) released 8 years later, it had been Katsutoshi 'Kuso' Munechika on vocals and Dynamite Gero (appearing as Toshinobu Fukuda) who played drums on Tokyo Anal Dynamite. With scarce information available, it's unclear whether both artists had actually passed away by the time T.A.D. came out, or if Juntaro marked them 'deceased' as a weird joke or figuratively, to indicate they were no longer Gerogerigegege members. On the other hand, 'Recollections Of Primary Masturbation' CD has one of the most cryptic and contradictory tracklists and liner notes among the entire Gero canon, so it's not the most reliable source of information.
