Glasgow-based pianist and engineer. Allan is known mostly for playing with Donnie Munro and The Blue Nile As well as being a talented pianist, Allan has a track record as both sound engineer and producer, and his award-winning work includes projects with Trevor Horn, Samantha Fox, Seal, Wet Wet Wet, Capercaillie, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, classical composer Sally Beamish and, more recently, Paul Buchanan of The Blue Nile.
