Xhi & Mä

Xhi & M'aa are visual artists, composers, singers and Malagasy historians. They live and work as a couple. In civil status, they are : Mr and Mrs Rajaofetra Guy. Their career began in 1973. At first, their action concerned the identity of Madagascar, is language and is culture. The couple express themselves through song, comic strips, painting, cinema, books, press articles, and television shows, through lectures and debates. In 2004, M'aa & Xhi founded the cultural association "Ny maha Izy Azy ny gasy" (the quintessence of the gasy, native of Madagascar)
