Stage name 久保 菜穂子 (Naoko Kubo) A Japanese actress born in Tokyo on September 24, 1932. She is a daughter of Kendo dojo master of 柳生新陰流 (Yagyuu Shinkage-ryuu). In 1952, she joined 新東宝 (Shin-Toho). In 1958, directed by 田口哲's "女王蜂", she starred as a female gambler. and directed by 石井輝男's "女王蜂の怒り", she starred as a female mafia. Her style, sharp posture and acting had a big impact on later female stars and female mafia movies.
