Viola Player Jason studied at the Elder Conservatorium under the guidance of Keith Crellin, completing Honours in Performance with Jeremy Williams and Wendy Heiligenberg in 2007. An accomplished chamber musician, Jason was co-founder of Adelaide based Skyline Quartet, which won a Helpmann Academy mentorship scheme with the acclaimed Australian String Quartet, and a member of Eyre Quartet, which was sought as artist in residence for the Australian Youth Orchestra's Regional Residency Program in 2011. Outside the string quartet medium, Jason has performed nationally with the Australian Youth Orchestra, Adelaide Art Orchestra, and Sydney Sinfonia, as well as numerous smaller ensembles covering genres from electonica to country/western to jazz.
