Kanaan (4)

Munich space-rock and jam fusion band formed by Peter Frohmader and Michael Schobert in 1974. Peter and Michael had both previously played in a succession of other Munich underground bands, including Alpha Centauri (1970/71) and Electronic Delusion (1973). During Kanaan's ca. 3 year history they went through a total of 15 drummers. Later in their history violinist Stephan Manus joined, and when Michael Schobert left they changed into Nekropolis (4).
