Spanish guitarist (1st Prize at Cuenca's International Guitar Composition "Arturo Sanzano" 2001 and 2nd Prize at Comillas International Guitar Competition 1995), composer and arranger. He has performed in several music venues, both as soloist and as part of some chamber music groups such as Dúo Piazzolla (flute and guitar), Trío Gragnani (Romantic guitars) and Entrecuatre (contemporary classical music). Among his most important compositions are "Allende la Nueche" (a tribute to the victims of Pozu Nicolasa, a mine in Mieres) and "Maitín", awarded with the Special Jury Mention at I Composition Exhibition "Avante Cudeiru" (1994). He has also arranged, recorded and performed with some Asturian folk and pop musicians such as Nuberu, Chus Pedro, Ramón Prada, Carlos Rubiera, Xaranzaina and Coro San Andrés "Sergio Domingo". He is currently a guitar professor at Conservatory-School of Music in Mieres del Camín (Asturias).
