Justin Canton

Justin Canton was born in London, and is a self-taught Multi Genre Musician, Producer and Songwriter who has had around 100 releases on Vinyl & Cd’s, along with producing and writing for major record labels and library music companies under different pseudonyms. Justin has been hired for vocal production & tuning work by many established artists like Nick Cave, Kylie Minogue and many more. Justin’s work has been used in Movies, TV shows and Commercials by almost all major broadcasters and companies worldwide, such as Sony, KPM, Gut Records, Heat Records, Mute, Morehouse Records, EMI, and Extreme Music & universal Music amongst many more who have published Justin’s songs & production work. Justin started his music career by first learning how to play drums when he was 12 years old, and became a proficient player in just a few years. Justin then taught himself how to play keyboards along with some basic scoring & sequencing on a Yamaha CX5M music computer, which gave him a good understanding of compositions and chord progressions. He then learnt how to play Guitar, whilst composing basic melodies until his first record deal in 1992 with Soho Studios. (Soho Hardcore E.P). Justin is still writing and producing music professionally.
