Gary Held

Originally from Atlanta, GA where he played drums in noise rock band Phantom 309 (2). Relocated to the SF Bay Area in the early 90s where he was a drummer & drum programmer in a variety of 90s experimental / noisy indie rock bands including Duh and The Double U. Founded and ran the Tupelo Recording Company label. Founded and runs Revolver USA Distribution / Midheaven Mailorder (both based in San Francisco). Also played harmonium on a few early 00s indie / folk rock albums and founded the Dicristina Stair Builders label, which issued/reissued a variety of similar releases in the mid-00s
