Mason van Kraayenburg, born in Houston, Texas, 1988, has been composing and performing original instrumental music since the turn of the century. This is when he picked up the guitar as a young teenager, finding his life’s passion and purpose. Soon after teaching himself how to play, He co-founded the band “Enloom” in 2001. Described as a collective of musicians seeking creative and spiritual fulfillment, the group was Houston’s leading pioneer in experimental music for over a decade, ultimately disbanding in 2015. This is when He began writing “The Heavenly Scrolls” instrumental music series, composing 88 pieces for the 88 constellations. Set to be released as 8 albums, each one highlights different genres and features the artists that inspire them. The recordings are currently being collaborated on by a wide range of musicians worldwide. He also formed the instrumental rock band “Three White Doves” in 2018, and featured on the track “Night Owls & Hummingbirds” by ambient artist “Brother Saturn” in 2020. He is well versed in the art of sound healing. Serving as an auditory guide for events including The World Congress On Illumination with Patricia Cota-Robles, Synchronization Workshops with Teal Swan, Fire-walking Ceremonies with John Maisel and Ecstatic Dance Festivals with Dream Dance, to name a few. The music of Mason van Kraayenburg is innovative and inspiring, characterized by fusing genres and merging soulful guitar with thought provoking composition. It is clear by his mantra, “nurture the tones that resonate within you," that he wishes to awaken something special within us.
