Joran Cariou

French jazz pianist, born in 1987 in Annecy. He studied at Conservatoire d’Annecy and Chambéry, with Thierry Girault who inspires him to be a professional musician. After his price, he continued to perfect his knowledges at CMDL with Benoit Sourisse, Pierre Perchaud, Bojan Z, Pierre de Bethmann and Emmanuel Bex and many others incredible musicians. Actually he studied classical musical for 2 years. He wins the 2nd price of Piano Forte Contest in 2013 of Jazz à Vian Festival. He won with his own trio the Tremplin Jeunes Contest of jazz festival Saint-Germain-des-Prés in 2016, et finalist at Golden Jazz Trophy 2016.
