Claudio Curti Gialdino

Claudio Curti Gialdino, (Rome, 1958), after graduating with honors from the S. Cecilia Conservatory, he specialized at the S. Cecilia National Academy with Riccardo Brengola for ensemble music and with Lya De Barberiis for the piano, completing the his training with Vincenzo Vitale, Guido Agosti, Konstantin Bogino and Aldo Ciccolini. As a soloist he has performed in numerous Italian cities and abroad (Germany, Switzerland, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Yugoslavia, Canada, China, United States). He performs chamber music with both instrumentalists and singers in the lieder repertoire. He has recorded for Rai and made several recordings including a disc dedicated to Emanuel Krakamp, ​​world premiere recording, and a CD with music by Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco, published by Brilliant Classics, which has earned five stars from the magazine "Musica". He is currently Professor of Main Piano at the Conservatorio “S. Cecilia” of Rome.
