Aurora D'Amico

Aurora D’Amico is a singer, songwriter and musician born in Palermo, Italy in 1993. Thanks to a classical music background and a deep passion for Pop and Folk music, Aurora shapes her skills as a songwriter in her hometown. But only after a life changing performance at the world-famous Bluebird Cafè (Nashville, TN), Aurora decided to bring her songs to the audience. Quickly she became a notable artist in her local music scene, winning contests for Best Act and Best Original Song. In 2015 Aurora traveled to the UK to record her first EP Barefoot in her friend’s home studio. The warm sounds and the pure voice soon captured the interest of Italian producer Fabio Rizzo, and in 2017 the two worked together on her first LP So Many Things. The beginning of 2020 and the release of a more mature single – A Sentimental War – let Aurora tour Europe in February, with the support of SIAE and Mibact, whereas on March she was meant to tour the United States. When the American tour was postponed due to the Covid-19 emergency, Aurora did not give up and in September she performed an exclusive show in the center of Palermo’s Football Stadium (the Renzo Barbera Stadium). Currently the artist – who’s endorsed by Fender and G7th The Capo Company – is in the studio for the production of her second album.
