Kilo (26)

Funk band from in Bloomington, Indiana, USA that was active during the eighties. Formed in Bloomington, Indiana in 1983, Kilo recorded tracks at the IU MAC Studio in Bloomington, and at Universal Studios in Chicago, in 1984. The band played hundreds of gigs in the early 80s in Bloomington, Indianapolis, Louisville, Evansville, Gary and many other mid-West towns. Featuring singers Crystal Taliefero and Georgia Jones, the band also featured Shawn Pelton on drums, Jeff Jacobs on keys, John England on guitar, Charlie Taliefero on guitar and vocals, and David Randle on bass. The band broke up in 1986.
