Natty Wailer

Keyboard player from Jamaica. (30 September 1954 – 30 March 2022). He is credited on recordings as Natty Wailer, Ian Winter, Ian Wynter, or Brother Ian. Natty recorded and toured and recorded with Bob Marley and the Wailers as a keyboard player for over nine years. During the same period, Natty was also frequently playing and recording with Aston "Family Man" Barrett. Furthermore, Natty has recorded with many other artists and bands as member or session musician, such as Dennis Brown, King Tubby, Lival Thompson, Johnny Clarke, Earl Chinna Smith, Barbara Paige, The Uniques, and more. After leaving The Wailers and migrating to Ireland in 2000, he found his own entourage "Natty Wailer And The Reggae Vibes" with the main purpose of continuing this tradition.
