Leonte Bordanea

A musician, composer, and theater actor, INSTINTO released their first single as part of an important national compilation, TAINAKER, which launched in Panama in 1994. With this album and the video of their song “Rozando el Cielo,” INSTINTO earned second place in a major contest and gained the attention of MTV Latino. In 1995, they recorded their debut album, “Ciudad Lagartija,” and followed it up with tours, promotion, and success. Later, in 1999, they released “Poesía Brujería y Pastillas Furiosas,” which was promoted in Panama and soon found its way beyond their native borders. Several of their songs reached the top of radio stations, and their music was recognized in stations from other Latin American countries and the US.
