Cameroonian artist also known in Africa as a talented soccer player, went onto a short musical career when arriving in France for studies. In 1958, he was already conducting a youth choir at l'Église Protestante de Yaoundé. He will improve his guitar skills working with Ray Etswick. In 1978, his first 7 inch single "Nkong-Ekore - Tabeliya" comes out, followed 6 months later by another one, "Ajo Metua".
