Silver Rain is a local Bridgewater, Nova Scotia country rock band consisting of Jim and Kelli Veinot both performing guitar and vocals. Silver Rain was formed in 1970 and at time Mike Hatcher, drummer, was the third member of the group. They recorded their first album in 1978. They were invited to Nashville to record in 1979. There is no information available about them on the Internet so cannot find anything about their subsequent career. They still live near Bridgewater and performed at a church concert in November 2014 and again in October 2015 under the name of "Silver Rain" (Jim and Kelli Veinot with Rosemary Hebb).
