John Boswell (7)

Born in the UK, John taught himself guitar and played around Melbourne folk clubs and coffee houses in the mid to late 60s before returning to the UK for a 3/12 holiday. The 3/12 turned into 3 years after he joined the SOUTHERN RAMBLERS; the UK's No.1 bluegrass band with many appearances on TV shows such as The Benny Hill Show, the Dick Emery Show and frequent recordings for the BBC. Following his return to Australia in 1973, John played for many years in the country rock bands SOUTHERN COMFORT and COMPANY BLUE.
