Prusaku Ansamblis
Настоящее имя: Prusaku Ansamblis
Об исполнителе:
“Prusaku ansamblis” (“The cockroach ensemble”) was a short-lived exile Latvian psychedelic rock and blues rock band founded in late 1974, recording only one album, “Dvēsele uz Grīdas” (“Soul on the Floor”) (1975). For almost all the songs, lyrics were written by former drummer Juris Kronbergs, who recorded his poems "New York" and "The Endpoint" on a vinyl record, accompanied by a cockroach ensemble. The band's guitarist and singer Gundars Rullis and drummer Maris Rosenbahs later formed their own band "Alis P". The name “Prusaku ansamblis” was taken from a poem by Aleksandrs Čaks “Mans prusaku ansamblis” (“My cockroach ensemble”)
