Temple, Texas musician born in Chicago, Illinois. Neal toured with The Drifters from 1975 till 1977, singing 2nd tenor with the group and did lead on a number of tunes. Then, in 1980, Neal decided to start his own production company that released one album and three singles. Since then Neal has steadily pursued his passion, having opened for Roger & Zapp, Shirley Murdock, The Texas Tornadoes and countless others. During the 90's Neal also toured with the Grammy winner Little Joe Hernandez. In 1999 Neal toured with Archie Bell, as one of the Drells.
