American clarinetist Seunghee Lee is a Grammy® Nominated recording artist and producer based in New York City. She received her Bachelor of Music degree from the Eastman School of Music, studied with Charles Neidich and her Master of Music degree and Artist Diploma from the Yale University School of Music, studied with David Shifrin. She was included in the ‘Top 30 Classical Stars Under 30’ list by KDFC Classical Radio upon the release of her debut album Brava recorded by Joanna Nickrenz and Mark J. Aubort. After spending several years away from music, devoting them to motherhood, she returned to recording studios in 2010 and began producing multiple solo albums which were featured as “CD of the Week” in numerous classical radio stations worldwide. In 2015, Ms. Lee collaborated with Italian film composer, Andrea Morricone in a full-length concert and gave a world-premiere performance of the "Love Theme" from Cinema Paradiso for clarinet and orchestra which was especially orchestrated for Ms. Lee and conducted by the composer.
