Dewag Berlin

East German advertising agency. Founded 1.10.1945 in Dresden (saxony) by the communist party KPD . Moved to Berlin 1949 whilst the KPD becomes the SED. With the end of the GDR in 1990 the DEWAG was converted into a DEWAG Holding. Located in Berlin-Mitte DEWAG property (9000 square meters of office space and 5,000 square meters adjacent land) was privatized by the Treuhandanstalt (privatization agency).
