Juan Luis Castaño

Drummer and composer. Musician with Canarian-Venezuelan roots, at the age of 7 he started his musical studies in Caracas at the Juan José Landaeta conservatory and at the Ars Nova Music School. He studied in Drummers Collective (New York, 1992) and subsequently advances studies at the Berklee College of Music (Boston), where he graduated with Honors Summa Cum Laude in 2001.There is titled Superior at the High School of Music of Catalonia. He spent a long period in Caracas (Venezuela) and Barcelona (Spain), where he was an active part of the musical panorama of both cities. For the versatility of it has contributed in very varied styles projects.
