The leader of and creative drive behind the experimental rock band Devil Doll. Mr. Doctor is an expert at Sprechgesang, a vocal technique somewhere in between singing and talking, and is often known as "The Man of Thousand Voices", because of his ability to change his voice to sound completely different.
