Loeen Bushman

American pianist and organist. (1931 - 2010). Loeen was born July 23, 1931, in Weatherford, Okla.and educated at Baylor University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, she would become well known as a very gifted pianist and organist. During her college days she was accompanist for the Baylor Religious Hour Choir, before going on to serve as organist for many Texas churches, including Fort Worth's Travis Avenue Baptist Church, Rosen Heights Baptist, as well as the First Baptist Church of Midland. She also served on the staff of the Baptist Radio and Television Commission and was organist for the Baptist Hour Radio Broadcast and choir for many years. While there, she produced albums for various artists on the Christian Home Music label of the Radio and Television Commission.
