Diana Nunez

American-born, Swedish choir singer and artist, born July 13, 1950 in San Antonio, Texas. Diana Nuñez was a member of the band Gimmicks who came second in the Melodifestivalen 1975 with "Sången lär ha vingar" and was afterwards in the festival choir a number of times. In 1977 she formed the singing group Tre Damer together with Anita Strandell and Inger Öst. Nowadays, Mia Adolphson has replaced Inger Öst. Diana Nuñez returned as a solo artist in connection with the Melodifestivalen 1991, where she sang the song "Kärlekens dans" but ended up unplaced.
