Country-blues band, formed in Austin, Texas in 1998. The band was originally a duo with Eden Hearne on vocal and Thierry Cognee on guitar. In 2000, Eden left and the band was joined by Walter White on harmonica and vocals with Carlos on upright bass for a two-year period. After a break, Cognee reformed The Biscuit Rollers with a new lineup in 2008 and performed with Pamela Allen on vocals.
