Alex Yellowlees

Scottish born violinist who has performed and recorded in folk, classical and jazz genres. Runs a quartet (The Alex Yellowlees Band) specialising in the gypsy jazz sounds of Stéphane Grappelli and Django Reinhardt. His primary occupation is as a Medical Director and Consultant Psychiatrist, specialising in the treatment of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, eating disorders and other emotional and relationship difficulties. Has published books and research publications in this field.
