Don Shipps

American blues and funk bassist. Born 22 August 1952 in Springfield, MO. Died 23 July 2004 in Springfield, MO (residential fire). Was a staple of the Springfield, Missouri music scene performing as a member of multiple bands including General Scott's Limousine, Granny's Bathwater, It's Alive, Smoot Mahuti, Supe and The Sandwiches, Don Shipps And the Titanic Blues Band, and Bustin Loose.
