Wakk Thuu

Wakk Thuu was formed in 2012 to play a extreme form of metal. The original line up consisted Jay (Drummer), Prashant (Bass), Rozan (Guitar) & Vishal (Vocals). The name behind Wakk Thuu is actually a vocal that human produces when they puts a pressure in their throat while spitting. Band motto :- "PEOPLE SUCKS!" Their first gig was at Trishara, Kathmandu supporting Kalodin at their EP "Sarv" launch. They opened this show. From this gig they have to never look back. Later on they went on to play numbers of gigs in India and Nepal. Their first out station show at Pokhara, Nepal Disharmony II was huge success. And Metalloid Fest at Jamsthan, Kathmandu brought them so many fans and critics. Soon Prashant left the band and Bhufan joined the band to fulfill the bass duty. And then band travelled to India to play their first International show Headbangers Assault at Darjeeling, West Bengal. While the band was preparing for first ever major tour in Nepal. Extreme Tour 2013, drummer Jay walked out from the band and for this tour Prachanda of Dying Out Flame took the drum duties. After couple of shows, Sarbesh from Aakrosh was brought in Wakk Thuu to play drums. With him the band went on to play Undergrind VII, Banglore, India. Now current line up consist Sarbesh on Drums, Rozan on Guitars, Vishal on Vocals and occasionally Bhufan joins the band to play bass.
