Wallace Wysocki

Prisoner Number 3223, Marquette Prison, Marquette, Mich. Born 1899, Ohio Died Ann Arbor, Michigan Wysocki was imprisoned since at least 1930 in the Upper Peninsula State House of Correction and was still imprisoned by 1940. He wrote "There Must Be A Bright Tomorrow (For Each Yesterday of Tears)" and sent it to a Cleveland, OH radio station. Gene And Glenn, a duo on radio WTAM, picked up the song and it became a hit.
