DJ B.A.S.S.

DJ from Hungary. He started to making music in 1985 with his classmate Mixer T (later Mic-Tee) with one boombox and one Hi-Fi turntable. They used their parents' records for scratching and a cassette deck for looping and extending the beats and around 1989-1990 they started a duo called Rhyme Power. Their first complete album was called Microphone Doctor with 13 tracks. The years have passed, and in '92, they made a commercial song for the largest local nightclub at the time, entitled Poén Nélkül Kihalt A Város (The City Is Dead Without Fun). This song made Rhyme Power famous in the city and across the country. DJ B.A.S.S. finished third in Hungarian DMC DJ competition in 1996. Nowadays he makes scratch featurings to other artists and creates mixtapes to promote them on his social media sites.
