Denny Mathis

Steel guitar player based in San Antonio, Texas. Beginning his career in the late 1950s, Mathis played with the Texas Top Hands, Billy Gray, the Melody Mustangs, Richard Hailey’s Neon Stars, and rockabilly band Two Tons Of Steel. In 2002 he was inducted into the Texas Steel Guitar Hall of Fame by the Texas Steel Guitar Association.
