Italian American composer (born September 20, 1889 in Tondi, Italy - died December 10, 1945 in Brooklyn, Kings County, New York) Rizzi immigrated to the United States in 1906 and settled in Brooklyn, where he worked as a pianist, composer, and manager. Compositions include "In Dreamy Spain" (1915), "Ammore É Mamma" (1916, lyrics by Libero Bovio); "Margherita" and "U-La-La" (1927); "Amami," "American Beauties," "Canarino," "Capinera", "Carnevale Di Venezia," "Lotta Di Bacci," and "Buon Natale" or "Merry Christmas" (all 1928); "Fior Di Spagna," "Innamorata," and "Vita Spagnola" (1929), "Love & Kisses," "Ya-Ya," and "Yo-Yo" (1933).
