Jesús González Alonso

(Born in Gijon, April 1946, died 15 January 1988) Spanish concert pianist and teacher. Educated in his hometown, later Madrid, then Vienna. Assistant teacher at the Vienna Higher School of Music, later professor in Hamburg and Frankfurt, then again in Vienna followed by Mainz, Germany. Led the piano faculty at Conservatorio profesional de música Francisco Escudero in San Sebastián from 1983 until his death.
