Adam Butler is a Yorkshire born and bred hardhouse head who lives and breathes the music! Adam first discovered hardhouse at the mere age of 16 after stumbling across a cd mixed by the late Steve O'Brady. He knew he liked what he heard but didn't really fall in love with it until he started finding more hardhouse nights around Leeds circa 2008/9. He quickly became obsessed with the music and took inspiration from the likes of Paul Glazby, Ilogik, Ben Stevens, Andy Farley, Adam M, Sam & Deano plus many many more. Learning to mix came later and didn't buy a set of decks until late 2011 and became instantly hooked on the 1s & 2s. Already bagging sets up and down the country with his fast paced energetic style at the likes of Twist, Rave On & Shine to name a few as well as having a string of residencies for Filth Face, Jump! & K-Zone, he has certainly been making a name for himself! After taking up production, his first solo release 'New Venture' came out on vicious circle in October 2016 and went on to become the labels biggest selling track in that year! Having gathered plenty more remixes, originals & Bootlegs under his belt, Adam now has a string of new releases coming this year (2020) gaining support from some of the scenes top names including Ben Stevens, Adam M, Lucy Fur, Wayne Smart, Jake Martin & Aaron James. Adams first release in over 3 years ‘Back To Earth’ is out on Toolbox Recordings in May so keep an eye out for plenty more to come in the coming months!
